THE MORRISBY PROFILE - CAREER GUIDANCE ASSESSMENT FOR ANY STAGE OF YOUR CAREER
The Morrisby Tests have been in development since the 1940s and have become widely used to help provide participants feedback on how their abilities and key personality traits compare to the large international score group. The process involves completing an interest questionnaire in your own time then completing four hours of aptitude and personality testing at our offices. In the last 12 years, Career Connections has assessed over 5,000 participants in East Africa using the Morrisby Profile, for selection and development.
The results are sent to UK for analysis, and a 30 page career guidance report is generated, detailing your ability scores in the general and practical abilities; your problem solving and learning style; your interests and key personality traits as well as the top career choices that match your profile, with contacts of associations and institutes that represent those careers so that you can learn more about those areas. The ‘Way Forward’ section of the report provides a series of exercises and information sections to facilitate career decision making and planning. British Psychological Society trained Administrators from Career Connections will provide you with an individual feedback session.
