HOGAN CAREER COMPASS REPORT

As an essential part of anyone’s career planning process; it can be used to choose an occupation or to identify the type of organisation in which a person would be most happy working.

The report details scores of 11 key motivators, values or work preferences, helping to draw up a clear picture of what careers or work environments would most excite or provide drive to the participant.

Tradition: A concern about ethics, family values and devotion to duty.

Cluster III: Financial Interests
Security:
A desire for structure, order and predictability in life.
Commerce: A desire for income, profits and business opportunities.

Cluster IV: Decision Making Style
Aesthetics:
A concern about style, appearance and fashion.
Science: A desire to use data to make decisions and solve problems.
